Profluent is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to develop and maintain a scalable data platform in the biotech sector, focusing on data ingestion, transformation, security, and scalable infrastructure for scientific datasets, working closely with ML and bioinformatics teams.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable data infrastructure and secure pipelines for protein engineering campaigns. Collaborate with ML and bioinformatics teams to transform raw scientific data into reliable, model-ready datasets.

Qualifications

Requires 5+ years of experience in software or data engineering with strong proficiency in Python and GCP technologies. A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is required.
