Senior Software Engineer - Runtime Services

Design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance runtime software, libraries, and frameworks that support the vehicle’s autonomy functions, including tools for analyzing system performance and behavior. Collaborate with autonomy, simulation, security, and functional safety teams to integrate and validate the runtime platform, contribute to its architecture, and ensure it meets automotive safety requirements.

Requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field and at least four years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree and at least two years of experience, or a PhD; the posting also specifies at least five years of modern C++ systems programming experience. Candidates should have hands-on experience developing high-performance C++ or robotics software in resource-constrained environments, Linux or Unix development experience, and the ability to design and communicate software systems while collaborating across teams.
