Job summary

Medtronic's Patient Care Systems (PCS) develops connected healthcare technologies including device connectivity, data platforms, clinical tools, and patient-facing applications for cardiac therapies. The Senior Software Engineer on the Catalyst Team leads automation development, improves testing reliability, collaborates with R&D and Quality teams, and influences best practices in a regulated medical device environment.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Python-based data processing services and Elastic Stack content to analyze cardiac device logs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate field complaints and ensure reliable, evidence-based reporting in a regulated environment.

.NET Appium Automation Frameworks Azure DevOps C# CI/CD DevOps GitHub Software Engineering Test Automation

Requires a bachelor's degree in a technical field and at least 4 years of software engineering experience. Proficiency in Python and experience with data pipelines or log analysis are essential for this role.
