Job summary

Agility’s humanoids operate alongside teams in warehouses, manufacturing, and distribution centers, focusing on physically demanding tasks and enabling workers to focus on higher-value work. The role involves turning operations data into trustworthy analytics, building and maintaining dashboards and data models, and contributing to data governance.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders across Operations to translate business questions into structured data models and dashboards. Lead the transition to Databricks and dbt while ensuring data governance and metric consistency across the organization.

Qualifications

Analytics Dashboard Development Data Governance Data Modeling Data Warehouse Databricks dbt Power BI Requirement Gathering SQL

Requires 2+ years of experience in BI or analytics with strong proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience building production data models. A bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience is required.
