Job summary

The Senior Engineer for the Drug Discovery Platform will develop and maintain the data infrastructure critical for AI-driven drug discovery, including molecule queues, registration systems, lab instrument pipelines, and synthesis constraints, enabling fast cycle times with high data quality.

Responsibilities

You will build shared provenance infrastructure and data models to connect scientific inputs, code versions, and results across ML and simulation workflows. This role involves transforming research prototypes into scalable, maintainable production-grade services and engineering conventions.

Qualifications

AWS Cheminformatics (RDKit, OpenEye) Data Platform Development Database Design Kubernetes Laboratory Instruments Data Integration Python Scientific Data Modeling SQL Workflow Orchestration (Flyte, Airflow, Dagster)

Candidates must have strong Python engineering skills and experience with data modeling, API design, and supporting research workflows. Familiarity with scientific computing, workflow orchestration, and GPU-scale infrastructure is highly preferred.
