Job summary

The Senior Manager, Commercial Operations will lead the build-out of the commercial infrastructure for Agility's humanoid deployment in warehouses and facilities. The role involves developing the commercial operating model, systems, and processes, managing cross-functional alignment, overseeing CRM systems like HubSpot, defining operational rhythms, and building a high-performing team. Requires experience in Revenue or Commercial Operations, CRM architecture, process improvement, data visualization, financial modeling, and leadership.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager will architect and lead the foundational build-out of the commercial infrastructure, including systems, processes, and operating mechanisms. They will own the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash process and manage cross-functional alignment to ensure predictable execution and scalability.
