Job summary

Latitude AI is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to modernize deployment infrastructure for autonomous vehicles. The role involves building tools and services in Python, Rust, or Go, integrating with automotive systems, and automating deployment processes to improve reliability, security, and observability.

Responsibilities

Modernize deployment infrastructure by replacing legacy bootstrapping systems with maintainable tooling in Python and systems languages. Build backend services and integrate deployment systems with test frameworks and artifact management to enable reliable software delivery to autonomous vehicles.

Qualifications

Build systems (Bazel) C++ CI/CD pipelines Go gRPC/Protocol Buffers Infrastructure as Code Linux system administration Python Rust Scripting

Requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical field with 4+ years of experience, or an advanced degree with 2+ years. Must be proficient in Python and at least one systems language, with strong experience in Linux administration and deployment automation.
