Job summary

The role of Senior People Partner involves working closely with senior leaders across engineering, product, design, and marketing to strategize and implement effective people programs, org design, talent management, and employee relations at a fast-growing tech company. The candidate should have extensive experience in building trust, navigating complex employee situations, and partnering across HR functions to support organizational growth.

Responsibilities

The Senior People Partner will act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, driving organizational health, talent strategy, and people programs across engineering, product, design, and marketing teams. They will manage end-to-end performance processes, headcount planning, and organizational design to support the company's scaling business units.
