Job summary

Seeking a Senior Manager, Engineering to lead and scale the engineering organization behind a specialized biopharma-focused AI platform, owning architecture, team growth, system reliability, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

You will build and lead the engineering organization, overseeing the architecture, operational rigor, and technical roadmap of the core platform. You will partner with the Head of AI and Head of Product to translate business priorities into scalable software solutions while mentoring a growing team of engineers.
