Responsibilities

The Senior Care Assistant is responsible for managing a unit, performing clinical duties, and overseeing medication administration and care plan reviews. They also lead and supervise a team of Care Assistants while ensuring high-quality, person-centred care for residents.

Qualifications

Candidates must have or be working towards an NVQ3 in care and possess strong clinical and leadership skills. A DBS check is required as part of the recruitment process.
