Job summary

The Lead, Early Talent Recruiting Coordination, will oversee a global team supporting internship and new graduate hiring. Responsibilities include managing the coordination process from intake to offer, developing the team, building systems and partnerships, and enhancing candidate and stakeholder experiences. Ideal for an operationally skilled leader who can optimize processes, improve systems, and handle high-volume, global recruiting operations.

Responsibilities

You will lead a global team of coordinators to manage the end-to-end early talent recruiting process, from intake to offer support. Additionally, you will drive operational excellence by improving systems, processes, and the overall experience for candidates and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Automation and Reporting Candidate Experience Cross-cultural Communication Event Planning Operational Planning Process Improvement Recruiting Coordination Stakeholder Management Team Leadership

Candidates must have at least one year of experience in people management and a background in recruiting operations or early talent programs. Strong operational judgment, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment are required.
