Job summary

The role of a Technical Program Manager in Fintech at ServiceTitan involves leading end-to-end program execution across Payments, Payables, and Financing domains. Responsibilities include partnering with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to deliver scalable financial solutions, managing dependencies and risks, driving visibility and accountability through reporting, and continuously improving execution processes to achieve measurable business and customer outcomes. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in SaaS or tech environments with strong cross-functional coordination, technical fluency, and familiarity with Fintech domains.

Responsibilities

You will own the end-to-end execution and delivery of key Fintech programs, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and business impact goals. You will also partner with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to define success criteria and drive visibility through reporting and stakeholder communication.
