Job summary

The Channel Delivery Manager at ServiceTitan is responsible for managing end-to-end integration projects with strategic partners, collaborating across teams to build and roll out partner-enabled solutions, and developing program infrastructure to support channel partnership growth.

Responsibilities

The Senior Partner Solutions Architect will lead the technical integration of supply chain partners into the ServiceTitan platform, managing the full lifecycle from discovery to production. This role acts as a strategic technical authority, guiding partners and internal teams to ensure scalable, secure, and efficient integration solutions.

Qualifications

API Integration Business Development Cross-functional Collaboration Data Analysis Negotiation Partnership Management Program Management Project Management Strategic Thinking Technical Integration

Candidates must have 7+ years of experience in technical roles involving API integrations and deep domain expertise in supply chain or procurement. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, along with strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously.
