Genius AI is seeking a Growth Lead to develop and execute autonomous account-based marketing strategies, lead a team, and build scalable AI-powered GTM workflows. The role involves managing outbound engines, segmentation, messaging, multi-channel campaigns, and close collaboration with Sales and RevOps at a high-growth AI technology company.

Responsibilities

The Growth Lead will own the strategy for turning target accounts into customers and manage the team building the autonomous outbound engine. They will design AI-powered campaign workflows, manage channel budgets, and ensure tight alignment with Sales and RevOps leadership.
