Job summary

This role is part of our Product Design team that uses their superpower of empathizing, understanding, and applying our users’ and customers’ needs, with the mission to create product experiences they love. The position involves leading the design of key digital properties like Product Documentation and ServiceNow University, shaping UX architecture, managing design teams, and collaborating closely with product management and engineering. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in product and interaction design, managing teams, building design systems, and working within agile environments, with a focus on AI-native experiences.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of key digital properties including Product Documentation and ServiceNow University while shaping the integrated end-user experience. Collaborate with product management and engineering to define product strategy and implement a cohesive, scalable UX architecture across the portal ecosystem.

Qualifications

Requires 10+ years of experience in product or interaction design and 5+ years of experience managing design teams. Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and demonstrate expertise in building design systems and working within complex, matrixed organizations.
