Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a support engineer for its GPU cloud infrastructure, providing high-level support for GPU hardware, troubleshooting hardware, firmware, and network issues, collaborating with engineering teams for system improvements, and maintaining documentation. The role requires Linux proficiency, experience with NVIDIA GPUs, system deployment, and automation scripting to ensure the performance and reliability of data center GPU environments.

Responsibilities

The engineer will operate and support a large-scale GPU fleet across multiple data centers while diagnosing hardware and infrastructure issues. They will collaborate with internal teams to improve system reliability, automation, and service delivery for customers.
