Job summary

Provide night-time support and person-centered care to elderly residents, including personal care, medication administration, and supervision, while supporting staff and building relationships with residents and families.

Responsibilities

Provide effective leadership to care staff while ensuring the comfort, wellbeing, and safety of residents during night shifts. Deliver person-centred care, including personal care and medication administration, while building supportive relationships with residents and families.

Qualifications

Caregiving Communication Empathy Leadership Medication Administration Personal Care Supportive Care

Candidates should hold an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification, or be willing to work towards it. A proven track record of supporting adults or children in a care or similar environment is required, along with strong values of compassion and dedication.
