Job summary

Serval is an AI-native automation platform aiming to transform enterprise operations by building intelligent agents that automate workflows, replace manual tasks, and improve business functions across IT, HR, Finance, Security, Legal, and Engineering. The Automation Engineer will develop automation systems for internal team needs, optimize existing workflows, and innovate new automation solutions, focusing on identity and access management, SaaS governance, and security compliance.

Responsibilities

Design and build automations and AI agents within customer instances to streamline operational workflows. Integrate the platform with various enterprise systems and enable customer teams to extend these automated patterns.

Qualifications

Access control Automation Engineering Identity Management IT operations Knowledge Base Management SaaS administration SAML/SCIM Scripting (Python, Bash) Security & Compliance Workflow Automation

Requires a degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience with at least 2 years in a relevant technical or service operations role. Candidates must possess working knowledge of APIs, REST, JSON, and identity management concepts.
