Job summary

The Employer Engagement Consultant establishes and maintains relationships with local employers to generate sustainable employment opportunities for participants. Responsibilities include networking, partner collaboration, supporting participant preparation, delivering post-placement support, and achieving KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with local employers to generate sustainable job opportunities for participants. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams and Employment Advisors to ensure participants are prepared for the labour market and receive effective post-placement support.
