Job summary

The SVP Identity & Access Management leads enterprise-wide IAM strategy, governance, architecture, and modernization initiatives. Responsible for identity lifecycle, access controls, AI integration, risk mitigation, and compliance, the role oversees technical, operational, leadership, and strategic functions to enhance identity security and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

The Head of Identity and Access Management provides enterprise-wide strategic leadership for the governance, architecture, and delivery of the IAM program. This role leverages AI and automation to strengthen identity security while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and business objectives.

Qualifications

AI automation cloud security cybersecurity governance IAM identity management regulatory compliance risk management

Candidates must have at least 12 years of progressive experience in IAM or cybersecurity, including 8 years in leadership roles. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, along with deep technical expertise in IAM platforms and risk management frameworks.
