The Stock Administrator manages the administration, accounting, and compliance of Alamar’s equity compensation programs, supporting financial reporting, audits, and ensuring regulatory compliance while providing a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities

The Stock Administrator is responsible for the accurate administration, accounting support, and compliance oversight of equity compensation programs including stock options, RSUs, and ESPP. This role involves maintaining equity data integrity, supporting financial reporting and audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Accounting Equity administration Equity Edge (E*TRADE) ESPP Excel Financial reporting RSUs SEC filings SOX controls Stock options

Candidates must have 3–6+ years of experience in stock administration or finance, with a strong understanding of equity compensation and ASC 718 concepts. A CEP or equivalent credential is required, along with hands-on experience using the Equity Edge administration platform.
