Job summary

The Senior Product Security Engineer is responsible for ensuring the security of mobile applications and connected digital health solutions within Medtronic, working across the product lifecycle from secure design and architecture reviews to vulnerability assessments, compliance, incident response, and continuous security improvements. The role involves close collaboration with development, regulatory, and clinical teams to embed security practices that support safe and compliant medical device software.

Responsibilities

You will lead threat models and security risk assessments for mobile applications while partnering with engineering teams to embed security across the software development lifecycle. Additionally, you will support regulatory compliance, vulnerability investigations, and the implementation of security automation and tooling.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and possess at least 4 years of relevant cybersecurity experience. Proficiency in mobile security, secure coding practices, and knowledge of medical device cybersecurity standards are essential.
