Job summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Workday & People Systems Lead to join our People team as a senior individual contributor. This role serves as the primary owner and subject matter expert for Workday and related people systems, responsible for hands-on configuration, maintenance, enhancements, and releases. The role involves leading system design, managing releases, ensuring data integrity, overseeing integrations, developing documentation, driving reporting and analytics, managing vendors, providing technical guidance, and leveraging emerging capabilities including AI and automation.

Responsibilities

The Director of People Systems will own the global strategy, architecture, and evolution of the company's people systems ecosystem, with a primary focus on Workday. This role involves leading cross-functional initiatives, managing external partners, and driving data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications

Candidates must have over 10 years of experience in HRIS or People Systems with significant ownership of Workday in a global organization. Strong expertise in Workday architecture, configuration, and leading full-cycle implementations is required.
