Job summary

The role involves setting up, operating, and troubleshooting Swiss type CNC lathes to produce high-precision medical components, performing inspections, interpreting engineering drawings, and supporting quality and process improvements.

Responsibilities

Operate manual and CNC equipment to machine small, complex medical components while maintaining tight tolerances and high surface finish standards. Perform in-process and final inspections using precision tools and complete all necessary manufacturing and quality documentation to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

Blueprint interpretation CNC machining GD and T Inspection and documentation Precision measurement Surface finish quality control Swiss type CNC lathes Tool changes and offsets Troubleshooting Working knowledge of optical comparators, vision systems

Requires a High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 year of previous milling experience. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to read engineering drawings and use precision measuring instruments effectively.
