Job summary

Grafana Labs is seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Engineer to join their remote team, primarily supporting customers with technical expertise in open source monitoring tools, delivering technical presentations, engaging in pre-sales activities, and collaborating with sales and product teams.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Sales team to articulate the Grafana value proposition and lead technical engagements to close high-velocity opportunities. Act as a technical expert by delivering presentations and providing a feedback loop between customers and product teams.

Qualifications

Collaboration Communication Skills Creative Problem Solving Customer Engagement Documentation & Content Creation Metrics Monitoring Open Source Technologies Technical Pre-Sales Technical Presentations

Requires 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, preferably in the open source or monitoring space. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a remote-first, international environment.
