Job summary

Assist the Executive Housekeeper in managing the housekeeping team, ensuring cleanliness standards, staff scheduling, training, and maintaining guest satisfaction across hotels, lodges, and back-of-house areas.

Responsibilities

Support the Executive Housekeeper in overseeing housekeeping operations across lodges, hotels, laundry, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, including schedules, inspections, supplies, payroll, and staff development. Lead the team, resolve guest concerns, maintain operating and safety standards, and deputise for the Executive Housekeeping Manager when needed.

Qualifications

Customer Service Health and Safety IT Systems Leadership Problem-solving Staff Management Time Management Training & Development

Candidates should have proven experience in a similar role, strong leadership and problem-solving abilities, and a hands-on approach to delivering excellent guest service. Strong communication skills, IT systems experience, adaptability, and personal integrity are also required; no education requirement is stated.
