Job summary

Cohere is seeking an Early Careers & Interns Specialist responsible for designing and executing early talent programs, building university partnerships, managing intern onboarding and mentorship, tracking program metrics, and collaborating with various stakeholder groups to create inclusive and effective internship initiatives.

Responsibilities

Design and execute strategic early talent programs to build a pipeline of future AI professionals. Manage the full lifecycle of intern experiences, including university partnerships, onboarding, and performance tracking.
