Job summary

The Payroll Administrator will support payroll operations for U.S. and international employees, ensuring accurate payments, resolving payroll queries, maintaining data integrity, and complying with relevant regulations. The role involves handling payroll data, assisting with onboarding and offboarding, and supporting payroll activities such as adjustments, corrections, and year-end processes.

Responsibilities

The Payroll Administrator will assist with the regular processing of U.S. and international payroll while serving as the primary point of contact for employee payroll inquiries. They will also audit payroll data, maintain accurate records, and partner with Finance and People teams to ensure compliance and resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience in payroll, HR operations, or accounting, along with basic knowledge of payroll terminology and processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong attention to detail are required, with an associate or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
