Job summary

Lead the design of scientific workflows and AI-native interactions for LILA's platform, translating complex technical and scientific processes into intuitive, trustworthy user experiences.

Responsibilities

You will design end-to-end workflows for scientists and lab operations within the Lila App to support scientific superintelligence. This involves translating complex technical requirements into intuitive, scalable software experiences while partnering with engineering and science teams.

Qualifications

AI Tools Data Visualization Design Systems Interaction Design Product Design Prototyping Scientific Data Management Usability Testing UX Design Workflow Mapping

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in product or interaction design with a strong portfolio demonstrating shipped product impact. Proficiency in designing complex, data-rich software and the ability to simplify ambiguous technical workflows are essential.
