Job summary

The Deployment Strategist will lead customer engagements by designing and deploying AI-driven workflows, advising on AI strategies, configuring integrations, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure successful adoption of Serval's AI automation platform.

Responsibilities

You will act as the primary technical advisor for customers, designing and deploying AI agents to automate complex enterprise workflows. Additionally, you will collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate field insights into core product improvements.

Qualifications

AI deployment API integration Coding in production environment Customer relationship management Product management Security and IAM SQL Startup experience Troubleshooting Workflow automation

Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in a technical role such as product, engineering, or consulting, along with a degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Strong technical proficiency in APIs, SQL, and troubleshooting production code is required.
