Job summary

Drata is seeking a Senior Customer Education Manager to own and develop the customer education program, including designing learning pathways, certifications, and leveraging AI tools for content creation and personalization. The role involves strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, data-driven impact assessment, and ensuring the education content aligns with product releases and customer needs.

Responsibilities

You will own the strategy and roadmap for Drata Academy, designing comprehensive learning paths and certification programs for both Enterprise and SMB customers. You will also leverage AI tools and data analytics to measure education impact and integrate learning experiences across the Digital Customer Success ecosystem.

Qualifications

AI-Assisted Content Creation Assessment Design B2B SaaS Certifications Content Creation Customer Education Data Analysis Instructional Design Learning & Development Program Management

The role requires 5–8 years of experience in customer education, learning & development, or instructional design within a B2B SaaS environment. Candidates must demonstrate a proven track record of building scalable education programs and possess hands-on expertise with LMS platforms and AI-assisted content creation tools.
