The Employment Specialist will support individuals with complex challenges to secure sustainable employment through tailored one-to-one guidance. They will also build partnerships with local organizations and engage employers to foster inclusive workplace environments.

Qualifications

Candidates should have a proactive mindset, strong emotional intelligence, and experience in employment services or community outreach. Knowledge of IPS or SEQF models is considered desirable but not essential.
