Job summary

Create and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software, ensuring efficient machining processes, compliance, and mentorship. Experience in regulated production processes and metalworking is required. Responsible for developing machining processes, validating programs, and collaborating across engineering teams.

Responsibilities

The CNC Programmer will create and maintain multi-axis CNC programs using CAD/CAM software to optimize machining processes and tool life. They will also perform program prove-outs, prepare work instructions, and mentor other machinists while ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED with at least five years of CNC programming experience, including three years of CAD/CAM usage. An associate's degree or technical school completion is preferred, which reduces the required related experience to three years.
