Job summary

Seeking a senior mechanical design engineer to support product development, testing, and improvements for medical devices within the electrophysiology therapies division. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring design quality, and supporting manufacturing and product change activities. Must have experience in mechanical systems, risk management, and technical analysis in medical device manufacturing.

Responsibilities

The Senior Mechanical Design Engineer will serve as the design owner for released products, driving improvements in performance, manufacturability, and quality. They will lead root cause investigations, manage design control deliverables, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure supply continuity and clinical outcomes.

Qualifications

3D modelling CAPAs design control finite element analysis issue investigation mechanical product development process development risk management statistical design analysis verification and validation

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with at least 4 years of experience, or a Master's degree with at least 2 years of experience in mechanical product development. Proficiency in mechanical system design, risk management, and statistical analysis is highly preferred.
