Job summary

A 6-month maternity cover role for a People Advisor supporting employee lifecycle, onboarding, offboarding, HR processes, and employee engagement in a fast-paced growth company.

Responsibilities

The People Advisor will act as the primary point of contact for employees and managers, providing pragmatic advice and support across the full employee lifecycle. They will also manage operational tasks including onboarding, payroll inputs, and the coordination of learning and development initiatives.
