As a Team Leader, you’ll lead by example, making sure the team have everything they need so the shift runs like clockwork! You’ll make sure the team maintain high standards and that our customers are kept happy.

Responsibilities

The Team Leader is responsible for overseeing daily shift operations to ensure high standards and efficient service. They act as a deputy for the management team, resolving issues and supporting staff to provide a welcoming customer experience.

Qualifications
