Job summary

Manage relationships with local partners to ensure high-quality travel experiences and maintain standards across multiple destination management companies.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of approximately 20 destination management companies, building partner relationships and ensuring trips meet Flash Pack’s quality and service standards. Oversee onboarding, performance reviews, quality improvements, compensation recovery, itinerary changes, and coordination with internal teams.

Qualifications

Account Management Customer Service Data Analysis Negotiation Problem Solving Relationship Building

Candidates should have experience independently managing a portfolio of partner, supplier, or client accounts and improving performance, including addressing underperformance or renegotiating terms. They should bring strong commercial judgment, attention to detail, confident communication, comfort with performance data and dashboards, practical use of AI tools, and the ability to resolve problems quickly.
